At tcg, we're all a little different. Our origins span 7 different countries, 9 different languages, too many time zones and not enough time to share family photos.

The Communication Group was officially formed in 2003. It is a privately held company and majority woman-owned. Every year the agency has trebled its business. We've made some bold mistakes, but have made even bolder leaps ahead by learning from them. From its beginnings, the mission of the company has been to grow an agency that reflects how the founder liked to be treated when she hired agencies in the past- with transparency, respect and an inspired sense of direction.

Today, tcg leverages the best practices of Advertising, Interactive, Communications and Business Consulting, within a non-traditional transparent structure that differentiates tcg from many other agencies.

People who join tcg are self-motivated. This is not an agency for the passive or inexperienced person. It is a must have for the curious, compassionate and intuitive souls who want to grown their whole person and not just their specific skill sets. We have multiple nationalities and share a common passion for hobbies and community giving. No 'band-aids' or 'mere pretty' are produced at tcg.
